Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items at this time, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued.
We are unable to process exchanges of items at this current time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please get in touch with on What’s app to directly address your concern with your Order Number and we can issue a refund when you return the initial item back to us and you can then place another order for the new product you would like. Please follow the ‘Returning an order’ instructions above to send an item back to our warehouse.
If a product has been authorized for returns by The Perfume Yard, the product or products must be in the same condition in which you received them and the product or products must be unopened, not used and unsprayed.
Refunds are subject to approval upon receiving return.
For Refunds, payment will be made to Source Account. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
Products/items are only legible to be returned if the product itself has been damaged during transit/delivery, provided that the item HAS NOT BEEN OPENED YET. To ensure, the product reached to you is damaged, Please make an unboxing video (Uncut/Unedited/Uncropped) for relevance that’ll help get Refunds/Exchanges effortlessly.
All refunds are made after deducting a small fees of 2.5% (payment gateway associated fees).
For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take upto 7 working days (please note: We do not hold this amount).
If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out, a refund will be issued right away.
We do not accept returns for products that have already been Opened/Applied/Sprayed. Return of such item is no longer valid or if sent to us in such condition, No refund will be issued in such case.
